PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:
catalysation: to be catalyzed with CT50. Mix very well with a spatula, making sure that the material attached to the walls of the can flows into the center to be well blended. The mixing time must not exceed 3 minutes, while the application must be done immediately afterwards, and within 20 - 25 minutes at 20 ° C (pot-life).The pot-life can decrease significantly with increasing temperature, so it is good practice during the application of the product, to check the viscosity has not increased and that the can not be heated. If these circumstancesoccur, we recommend that you do not apply the product but catalyze the other.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Apply the product at a temperature of the environment and the substrate above + 15 ° C and below + 30 ° C, avoiding rainy or misty days with humidity superior to 75% Make sure that the last layer of applied paint, where the GEL EP40 + CT50 is to be spread, is perfectly dry.If necessary, heat the room before applying GEL EP40 + CT50 with the aid of dehumidifiers, radiators or electric heaters; avoid open flames.Before catalysis, it is also advisable to bring the temperature of the product to 15 - 20 ° C, heating the can with a hairdryer in the cold seasons and keeping it cool in the warmer months.

APPLICATION CYCLE:
Apply two coats using the PV 43 stainless steel trowel, smoothing the product upwards and towards the veins created by METEORE 12 so that the gel remains inside the cracks, and a very thin layer is found on the smooth part of METEORE 12.
Wait 12 hours at 20°C between the first and second coats, and apply the second coat only once the surface is ‘touch dry’, namely, if there are no fingerprints after touching the surface and applying pressure. Nonetheless, do not wait more than 24 hours at 20°C.Once the job has been completed, and within 18 - 24 hours at 20°C, the surface can be touched-up, using the stainless steel trowel and spreading the GEL without leaving any product on the smooth part.
N.B.: before proceeding with the application, please watch the video tutorial carefully.Storage:make sure that the can is tightly closed, even after use, and store at atemperature between +10°C and +30°C. The jar of non-catalyzed product should be immediately closed to avoid the absorption of moisture and carbon dioxide.
Stability: approximately 1 year, if the containers are well sealed and never opened
NOTES: Mix carefully the product before use. Wash the tools soon after use with ethyl alcohol.
