NAME: PRIMART 600
TYPE: Transpiring water-based primer for interiors.
USE: Professional white water-base paint characterised by a high. covering excellent yield and remarkable whiteness.

Specific Weight: 1.690 + 30 gr/LT. at 20°C
Viscosity: 6700 cps
Yield: 12 - 14 m2 /LT. for one coating (it may vary according to the roughness, porosity and surface absorption and to the method of application).
Aesthetic Effect: Matt
Colours: White (it is possible to colour the paint using COLORI' or colours for water-base systems resistant to UV rays).
DRYING TIME:
On The Surface: 30 minutes at 20°C.
Overpainting: 2 hours at 20°C.
Below The Surface: 12 hours at 20°C.
CHARACTERISTICS AND RESISTENCE: It well resists to rural and marine atmosphere. It does not prevent wall transpiration.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: Make sure that the support is stable and remove any impurities. Remove any old peeling and chalking paint, then wash the surface using suitable soap. Fill any cracks where necessary and, once the filler dries, apply one coat of PRIMART 600 diluted 50% with water and after approximately 4 hours at 20°C apply a second coating of Primart 600 diluted 15 - 20% with water to cover the surface On the contrary if the surface is stable and smooth, not peeling or new sand only where necessary to make the wall smooth. Apply then PRIMART 600 in a whole coating diluted 15-20 % with water. PRIMART 600 must be applied with a wollen roller, with a brush or by spraying with a crisscross application to have a better covering. After 4 hours at 20°C, it will be possible to proceed with Sabulador Lux or Sabulador Matt application.

Dilution: 15 - 20% with water
APPLICATION:
System: brush, roller, spray gun.
Coats: 1 - 2
Stability: Approximately 2 years, if well sealed and never opened.
NOTES: Application and stocking temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C. Wash tools soon after used with soap and water Keep away from freezing.
